Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all payments made to JMP Chambers ("we", "us", "our") through the website https://jmp-chambers.com/ or otherwise, towards consultations and professional legal services.

• Fees paid towards consultations or professional legal services are non-refundable. In particular, no refund shall be payable in respect of services that remain unused, unavailed, or partially availed by the client, for any reason.
• Professional fees are charged for the engagement of our time and expertise. The outcome of any matter does not entitle a client to a refund of fees paid.
• Payments made in error, or duplicate payments for the same service, will be refunded upon verification. Any such refund approved by JMP Chambers will be processed within 30 days to the original method of payment.
• Requests to reschedule a booked consultation may be accommodated at our discretion, subject to availability, but do not create any entitlement to a refund.
